定位fixed???

Question

如题,页面上为了达到高度100%的效果,我使用了fixed定位,然后还引入了bootstrap里的模态框,

as shown,my input box can't write...
ps: my input method could't work now ,so I can't describe this problem in Chinese

加个css z-index目测能搞定，数值一开始放大点来测试吧
