java如何通过自定义注解判断参数是否满足条件？

定义注解，然后用这个注解标注在方法上，只要方法上面的参数不符合格式就结束方法 ？

由于不知道你的不符合格式是什么需求，所以写了个获得参数类型和参数的。。

注解类：

@Target(ElementType.METHOD)
@Retention(RetentionPolicy.RUNTIME)
public @interface TestParams {
}

测试类：

public class Param {

    public static void main(String[] args) {
