.bashrc与.bash_profile有什么区别

在有的系统里面是有.bashrc文件，有的是有.bash_profile文件，他们貌似都是做一些初始化的工作，这两个文件是有什么区别呢？有优先级的先后吗？

.bash_profile is executed for login shells, while .bashrc is executed for interactive non-login shells.
